Responsibilities:

The DOS will be responsible for identifying and soliciting qualified target accounts and nurturing existing accounts to close all qualified business to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Execute all sales related activities from outside calls, sales trips/trade shows, sites, entertainment for their territory/market. Be involved in hotel operations and contribute efforts that affect revenue and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Building strong, trusting, long-lasting clients
• Work closely with the GM and the Regional Director of Sales & Revenue to Develop sales plans and strategies in order to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals
• Must understand their financial part in the overall revenue goal and success of the hotel
• Works with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must possess highly developed verbal & written communication skills to frequently negotiate convince sell and influence other managerial personnel hotel guest(s) and/or corporate clients
• Must have thorough experience with professional selling skills: opening probing supporting and closing the sale.
• Shows strong analytical skills and strategic vision in establishing appropriate sales deployment
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office products
• Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
